- Standard Shipping (Tracked): £12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days post-dispatch.
- Free Shipping (Economy): Free on orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days post-dispatch.

6.3 Delivery & Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to inspect Goods upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Returns Window & Process
You have 15 calendar days from receipt to initiate a return or exchange for non-faulty items. You must:
- Contact us at [email protected] within the period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Return the item in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
- Ship the item to our provided address using a tracked service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
7.2 Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety)
To protect all customers and horses, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly sent:
- Opened or used health, grooming, or supplement products (e.g., NAF D-tox, creams, liquids).
- Body protectors and custom-fitted safety gear unless sealed.
- Used grooming tools (brushes, clippers).
- Personalised items or final sale goods.
7.3 Refunds
Upon approval of your return, refunds for the product price will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7.4 Exchanges
Exchanges for size/colour are subject to stock. Follow the return process and clearly state your exchange request.

- To provide accurate account and delivery information.
- To use products, especially safety gear like body protectors and horse boots, for their intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
